Opinion
Petition dismissed. This proceeding is entitled a “petition for writ of mandamus and prohibition.” The single justice denied the petitioner’s application for an order of notice. The petitioner appealed. There was no error. A sufficient ground for the action of the single justice was that the two types of writs cannot be combined in a single petition.
