Proceeding to review a determination of the Westchester County Park Commission finding petitioner guilty of two charges preferred against him and dismissing him from his employment as a toll collector. The proceeding has been transferred to this court pursuant to section 1296 of the Civil Practice Act. Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldoek, Murphy and Kleinfeld, JJ.
