Opinion

The Court,

upon the motion of Mr. Key and Mr. Lear, for the defendant, instructed the jury, that if they should be satisfied by the evidence, that the plaintiff kept a bawdy-house, and that the defendant lived with her for the purposes of prostitution, and that the plaintiff was to derive any profit from the prostitution of the defendant, the plaintiff could not recover in that action.
