Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Because the complaint stated a cause of action for abuse of process, we reverse its dismissal. See Miami Herald Publishing Co„ Div. of Knighh-Ridder Newspapers, Inc. v. Ferre, 686 F.Supp. 970 (S.D.Fla.1985); Scozari v. Barone, 546 So.2d 750 (Fla. 3d DCA1989).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
