Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lynch, J.), entered February 10, 1994 in Schenectady County, which granted defendant Katherine Causey’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against her.

Order affirmed, upon the opinion of Justice Robert E. Lynch.

Cardona, P. J., Crew III, Casey, Yesawich Jr. and Peters, JJ., concur. Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
