Opinion
In an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property, because of default in the payment of interest, judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff. The defendant, owner of the equity, appeals on the ground that the proof does not establish default in the payment of interest prior to the commencement of the action. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
