Order modified by granting plaintiff’s motion for a bill of particulars in respect to the following items enumerated in the notice of motion, to wit, Nos. 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22 and 25 (in addition to those granted at Special Term), and as so modified affirmed, without costs; particulars to be served within five days from service of a copy of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Scudder and Davis, JJ., concur.
