PROVOSTY, J.

In the case of same title and bearing No. 17.191 (53 South. 575),1 in which judgment was this day handed down against defendant, the appeal was taken by defendant. The present appeal was taken by plaintiff. Por the reasons given in that case, the judgment in this case must be affirmed.

Judgment affirmed.
