In an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when plaintiff fell on a defective crosswalk, order denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
