PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of prohibition is granted and The Honorable James M. Re-asbeck, Circuit Judge, is disqualified in this matter and prohibited from taking any further action therein.

The Chief Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, through the normal random [1223]*1223assignment process, is directed to cause this case to be assigned to another circuit judge for further proceedings.
