Opinion

Bloodworth, J.

The court properly admitted, the evidence referred to in the only special ground of the motion for a new trial; the evidence amply supported the verdict, which has the approval of the trial judge, and, no error of law appearing, the motion for a new trial was properly overruled.

Judgment affirmed.
