District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided March 30, 2005·No. No. 1D05-0196·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

In light of the provision of the order being appealed holding a portion of appellant’s claim for reimbursement of prescription expenses in abeyance, we dismiss the appeal as being taken from a nonfinal, nonappealable order. This disposition is without prejudice to appellant’s right to seek review upon rendition of a final, ap-pealable order.
