Opinion

On consideration whereof, this court "being of opinion that the bill of exceptions sufficiently complies with Rule I of the circuit court, finds that the order of said court striking said bill from the files, and the judgment of affirmance which followed are erroneous. Said order and judgment are therefore reversed, and the cause is ordered remanded to the circuit court of Crawford county with directions to pass upon the errors set forth in the record.

Judgment reversed.
