Opinion

On January 16,1981, the court entered judgment for the Medawakanton Tribe of Sioux Indians of $800,000 and on January 30, 1981, entered judgment for the Sisseton and Wahpeton Tribes of Sioux Indians for $7,500 and to the Medawakanton and Wahpakoota Tribes of Sioux Indians for $7,500. These judgments shall be without prejudice to any other claims for accounting in this case.
