Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Correction, dated October 5, 1977, which, after a hearing, terminated the petitioner’s employment as a correction officer. Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements. There was substantial evidence to support the determination. Mollen, P. J., Hopkins and Hawkins, JJ., concur.
