Opinion

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

PER CURIAM.

We deny petitioner’s request for a writ of mandamus to compel the Circuit Court in and for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit to dispose of his motions to correct an illegal sentence. The court docket demonstrates that petitioner has not filed these motions with the Circuit Court. This denial is with[1124]*1124out prejudice to petitioner filing a request for relief with that court.

Mandamus denied.
