It is conceded that the questions involved in this appeal are identical with those in the case of Louisville & Nashville Railroad Co. v. Milton James, 204 Ala. 604, 86 South. 906, decided October 28, 1920. Upon authority of that case, the judgment of the court below in the instant case is reversed, and the cause remanded. Reversed and remanded.
