ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Billy J. Woods be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Billy J. Woods be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys; and that Billy J. Woods be and he hereby is disbarred on his consent, said Billy J. Woods to bear the costs of these proceedings.
