ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
Based upon the foregoing Application for Reinstatement and sworn medical report of [1050]*1050Dr. Richard F. Mestayer III attached hereto,
IT IS ORDERED that Evan F. Trestman be and he is hereby fully reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Louisiana, reserving the Committee’s right to proceed against him in disciplinary proceedings.
