ORDER

DIXON, Chief Justice.

Considering the foregoing motion:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, by this Court that Mr. Harold J. Sonnier be suspended from the practice of law and that all disciplinary proceedings pending against him by the Louisiana State Bar Association be held in suspense until such time that this Court makes a determination that Respondent is not so incapacitated and is able to assist counsel in his defense of any disciplinary proceedings.
