ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That C. Monk Simons III be disbarred on his consent for matters not included in his original disbarment of October 20, 1986; that C. Monk Simons, III not apply for reinstatement until five (5) years from July 20, 1987, and that C. Monk Simons III bear the costs of these proceedings.
