ORDER

The foregoing petition, the premises, and the law considered:

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED,

That Michael D. Murphy be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Michael D. Murphy be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys; and that Michael D. Murphy be and hereby is disbarred on his consent. All costs in these proceedings to be paid for by respondent, Michael D. Murphy.
