Opinion

In re Louisiana State Bar Assn.; applying for disciplinary action.

Motion to resign granted. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed, that Louis R. Lucas [1210]*1210be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Louis R. Lucas be stricken from the rolls of Attorneys; and that Louis R. Lucas be and hereby is disbarred on his consent effective December 2, 1985. Said Louis R. Lucas is to bear the cost of these proceedings.
