ORDER

The foregoing Petition, the premises, and the law considered

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED

That Robert D. Edwards be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Robert D. Edwards be stricken from the Rolls of Attorneys; and that Robert D. Edwards be and hereby is disbarred on his consent effective May 19, 1983; and that the cost of these proceedings are taxed to Robert D. Edwards.
