In re Louisiana State Bar Assn.; —Plaintiffs); applying for petition for disciplinary action.

Remanded to the committee. The committee is ordered to review the matter in light of respondent’s recent entry into a treatment program. The committee may then file a new petition in this court, recommending sanctions and, if appropriate, a proposed plan for probation. See LSBA v. Dumaine, 550 So.2d 1197 (La.1989).
