IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED

That William L. Dehner be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of William L. Dehner be stricken from the Rolls of Attorneys; and that William L. Dehner be and hereby is disbarred on his consent; and that the cost of these proceedings are taxed to William L. Deh-ner.
