ORDER
The foregoing petition, the premises and the law considered:
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that Guy W. Olano, Jr. be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name Guy W. Olano, Jr., be stricken from the Roll of Attorneys; and that Guy W. Olano, Jr., be and is hereby disbarred on his consent effective retroactively January 8, 1987 and that said Guy W. Olano, Jr., bear the costs of these proceedings.
