For the reasons set forth in the companion case hereto, Dauphin v. Lafayette In[149]*149surance Company, 01-1236 (La.App. 3 Cir.2/6/02); 817 So.2d 144, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are to he paid by the Appellant.
