Order of the City Court, City of White Plains, denying defendants’ motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s complaint affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with the privilege to the defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon upon payment of costs awarded. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
