Opinion
This cause is before us on appeal from a final judgment awarding attorney fees and costs to the prevailing party in a suit for breach of a construction subcontract. For the reasons set forth in Lord & Son Construction, Inc. v. Roberts Electrical Contractors, Inc., 624 So .2d 376 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993), the final judgment is reversed, and this cause is remanded for proceedings consistent herewith.
