Requisition of property. Upon a stipulation signed by the parties and a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in favor of the defendant in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment be entered for the defendant in the sum of $2,963,005.17 with interest at the rate of 6 percent from the date of judgment to the date of payment.
