Opinion
The deputy commissioner correctly denied Lopez’ claim for temporary total disability benefits for the period from 1 May 1982 to 1 January 1983. The evidence showed that Lopez reached maximum medical improvement on 30 April 1982, that he was capable of engaging in work, and that he failed to perform an adequate work search.
AFFIRMED.
