Tbe trial court sustained a demurrer to tbe petition and dismissed tbe action. Plaintiff appeals.

Tbe facts alleged in the petition are substantially tbe same as those alleged in Brown Real Estate Co. v. Lancaster County, ante p. 514. What was said in the Brown case disposes of all tbe questions raised in tbe present case.

Tbe judgment of tbe district court was right, and is
