PER CURIAM.

This case is REMANDED to the circuit court for correction of the June 8, 2006, judgment to reflect that the Defendant’s conviction on Count 3, false impersonation of a law enforcement officer, is a third-degree felony. The judgment and sentence are otherwise AFFIRMED.
