Action for the recovery of unpaid rent payable under the terms of a lease made by plaintiff with the 50 West Fifty-eighth Street Corporation. Plaintiff claimed that defendants were liable as assignees of the lease. Judgment entered on verdict of jury in favor of defendants unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
