Action to recover' damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff in a collision between a State police ear driven by defendant and an ice truck driven by plaintiff. The jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ. [See post, p. 987.]
