Opinion

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed so much of Supreme Court’s order as denied appellant’s cross motion for leave to serve an amended complaint and for discovery relief, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied, with $100 costs and necessary reproduction disbursements.
