Opinion

SUAREZ, J.

This matter comes before this court on the juvenile/Petitioner’s Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus for release from secure detention. Upon confession of error by the State, this court grants the Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and remands this matter to the trial court for a new detention hearing using a properly scored Risk Assessment Instrument.
