Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Vanessa Llosa appeals an order dismissing her complaint with prejudice. As the facts of the case are similar to Long v. Swofford, 805 So.2d 882 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001); see also O'Vahey v. Miller, 644 So.2d 550 (Fla. 3d DCA 1994), we conclude that the trial court acted within its discretion in dismissing the case.

Affirmed.
