AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

INGRAM, Judge.

Upon remand to this court by the Supreme Court of Alabama, it is considered that this cause should be affirmed in accordance with the judgment rendered by the supreme court on January 13,1989, 541 So.2d 1110, in the above styled case.

AFFIRMED.
