Opinion

Upon Consideration this present day had of the humble Petition of the Defendants Charles Sawyer Pemberton and Elizabeth Pemberton, Infants, under the age of Twenty one Years, by Samuel Morris Defendant It is Ordered for the reasons therein contained, that the said Samuel Morris be admitted Guardian to the said Infants, to appear, answer and defend this Suit in this behalf.
