Opinion

Appeal from an order of the Monroe County Court (John J. Connell, J.), entered September 18, 2006. The order affirmed a judgment of the Rochester City Court (Teresa D. Johnson, J.), dated February 22, 2006, in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $1,950 in a small claims action.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs. Present—Scudder, P.J., Gorski, Lunn, Fahey and Peradotto, JJ.
