In re William Daniel Littleton et al., applying for clarification for of this court’s action dated 10/12/07, from the 4th Judicial District Court Div. E, No. 03-0947; Parish of Ouachita to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 41,867-CA.

Plaintiffs motion for clarification is granted. On reconsideration, this court’s action on plaintiffs writ application is changed so that plaintiffs application is simply denied.
