Opinion

Order adjudging the judgment debtor in contempt for refusing to testify pursuant to an order in supplementary proceedings, failing to pay over certain moneys to the receiver, and attempting to destroy certain exhibits, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Carswell, Davis, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
