Appeal from stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered November 18, 1976, dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248). Judgment of the same court, entered December 1, 1976, affirmed. Respondent is awarded one bill of costs to cover both appeals. No opinion. Martuscello, J. P., Titone, Gulotta and Hawkins, JJ., concur.
