The Plea Demurrer and Answer filed in this Cause coming on this Day to be argued and heard Mr. John Rutledge Solicitor for the Complainants opened the Nature of the Bill and Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney Solicitor for William Bee and Joseph Bee two of the Defendants having opened the Nature and Scope of the Demurrer Plea and Answer; the Court on hearing Counsel on both Sides did order and decree that the Complainants Bill of Complaint filed in this Cause be dismissed with Payment of Costs.
