Opinion
In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 inter alia to review a determination expelling petitioner from a union, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 20, 1975, which, inter alia, annulled the said determination. Judgment affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements, upon the opinion of Mr. Justice Sullivan at Special Term. Hopkins, Acting P. J., Martuscello, Cohalan, Rabin and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
