Motion for clarification granted to the following extent: Although this court affirmed the order of August 9, 1973, denying the motion for contempt, such was based solely upon practical and equitable considerations calling for maintenance of the status quo pending a full exposition of the merits of the controversy now scheduled for immediate trial. Concur — McGivern, P. J., Markewich, Nunez, Kupferman and Tilzer, JJ.
