Pee Curiam,

After a very patient examination of this case we are con[34]*34vinced that the opinion of the learned'court below accomplishes absolute justice between these litigant parties and on that opinion we affirm the decree.

The decree of the court below is affirmed and appeal dismissed at the cost of the appellant.
