ON RETURN TO REMAND

TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.

On remand the trial court reconsidered its assessment under the Crime Victims Compensation Act in this case. The court assessed the amount of $9,000.00 under the Victims Compensation Act. The trial court has fully complied with our directions and the judgment of the circuit is affirmed.

OPINION EXTENDED; AFFIRMED.
